Aaslema!

My name is Emna, I am from Tunisia and I moved to Germany for my LimnoPlast time as an Early Stage Researcher (ESR).

During LimnoPlast project, I will be working on the electrostatic separation of Nano plastics from wastewater at Evonik Operations GmbH together with the Institute of Particle Technology at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg.

I am bound to collaborate with my team to develop a continuous electrostatic separation process. I am on tenterhooks for the coming challenges, not only my research exciting tasks but also the beautiful times besides the actual work that will surely remain in my memory and shape me for my future professional life. And with no doubt the Language Challenge.

Having Germany as a second home during my work within LimnoPlast project is a super great opportunity for me to explore the German rich culture, traditions and attitudes. I am already in love with the old German architecture and beautiful nature and forests. It is also amazing to have a wide range of food variety especially in an international city such as Frankfurt.

Tschüss und bleibt gesund,
Emna
