In this interactive online seminar series, we take a closer look at the wicked problem of plastic pollution and microplastics. Our speakers are experts in plastic pollution and have diverse backgrounds in academia, policy making, civil society and beyond. They provide unique perspectives on the causes and impacts of the problem and discuss solutions.

About the speaker:
Andreas Suchanek is Professor for Economic and Business Ethics at HHL – Leipzig Graduate School of Management GmbH. He is part of numerous associations, networks and journals. Concerning economics and ethics he regularly advises governmental Institutions, where he, as a learned economist, tries to integrate ethical and economic thinking and develops theoretically based heuristical orientations for responsible and successful business. Two examples are: (1) do no harm and (2) invest in trust.
