Sarah gave an interview about her Ph.D. topic to a group of master’s students at NTNU. This interview was part of a magazine dealing with the different aspects of our lives with plastics and resulting environmental, societal, and health issues. Sarah talked about her Ph.D. journey and how she ended up researching plastic chemicals and their hormonal activity at NTNU in Trondheim. They discussed the leaching of endocrine-active chemicals from food packaging from across the globe and the challenges she encountered with the large numbers of unknown chemicals leaching. The magazine will soon be published on the Trondheim municipality website.
